During Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022, Bethesda revealed an in-depth look into Starfield's combat. The gameplay gave insight to the game's grounded take on the sci-fi genre, including its weapons which felt believable to real firearms, instead of more fantastical elements like lasers. Starfield is expected to release in 2023.
