AU Shippin' Out March 6-12: Dragon Age II
Role-play your way on both consoles and handhelds with the big releases for this week Down Under.
Fantasy worlds are the big new additions to game releases in Australia this week, with both Dragon Age II and Pokemon Black and White scheduled for release Down Under. If you like your role-playing a little more mature, then Dragon Age II will return you to the world of Ferelden and promises more gruesome combat, stylised visuals, and an interesting storyline that attempts to frame the narrative from several different viewpoints. Dragon Age II is out on the PC, Xbox 360, and PS3 this Thursday.
Pokemon Black and White returns you to the gotta-catch-'em-all Nintendo universe, and while the core gameplay mechanic stays the same, there are plenty of new additions to this long-running franchise. These include brand-new Pokemon (naturally), the addition of seasons, improved animations, and a more streamlined approach to wireless play. Both Pokemon versions arrive on the Nintendo DS this Thursday.
