BTS' Dynamite-Themed Lego Set Gets Steep Discount For Black Friday

Though the real BTS might be on hiatus, you can reunite all seven members at home with this "Dynamite" Lego set.

Looking for the right way to tell a BTS Army member you "purple" them? While it might be a few more years until you can surprise them with concert tickets, this Lego BTS Dynamite model could be just the thing to make the wait less painful. Normally $100, the 800-piece kit has been knocked down to $69 as a part of Amazon's Black Friday sale.

Released in July 2023, the kit depicts the set for BTS' "Dynamite" music video--a retro-inspired pop number that showcases the lighter side of their 2020 album, BE. Included alongside the video's ice cream truck, donut stand, record store, and disco are the seven kings of K-Pop themselves: Jin, Suga, RM, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. Each of the members can be attached to the disco's black dance floor, which can then be spun by rotating an adjacent wheel.

If you're looking to simply display the model, you'll need to clear about 15 inches off your K-Pop display shelf--or about one and a half BTS' light sticks. In addition to the instruction booklet, the kit also includes a pamphlet detailing "the story of BTS and their rise to global fame as well as interviews with the set’s fan designers."

Amazon isn't the only company with big Black Friday sales. Several of 2023's biggest games are on sale over at Fanatical, and you can now score a Nintendo Switch Online membership for a slightly reduced price over at Walmart.
