Ubi Soft Entertainment has announced the completion of Capitalism II, its latest business-management strategy game. The game was designed by Trevor Chan, who created the 1995 business-simulation game Capitalism , as well as the Seven Kingdoms real-time strategy games.

Capitalism II features a number of improvements, including two new campaigns, a custom mode that lets players define game parameters, and more than 60 product types to manufacture and sell. Players will build and manage all aspects of their virtual business. They will build a headquarters for their company, promote their brand, and oversee personnel training and the hiring of management staff. Players can expand their corporate empire by building a chain of retail stores, buying and selling real estate, and taking over the media. The game's multiplayer mode will support up to seven players over LAN and Internet connections.

Capitalism II will ship to stores on December 17 with an approximate retail price of $19.99.
