GT Interactive's WizardWorks leapt into the mouths of gamers last year after it launched the next Myst-like buying spree with its Deer Hunter title. And for the moment, it will put its guns in the closet.

The company will release Bird Watcher - The Interactive Birding Game for the PC. Birders will be able to discover and learn about over 140 indigenous North American birds without shooting them. Could this be the next big thing? We'll find out when the title sells for US$19.99 when it releases in March.
