GameSpot UK visits London MCM Expo

GameSpot UK went down to the Excel exhibition centre in East London and witnessed the craziness of the London MCM Expo 2009.

Comments

The biannual MCM (movie, comic, media) expo was on again at the Excel London exhibition centre in East London's Docklands area this past weekend and was jam-packed with new (and yet to be released) games, manga, movies, and comics. Oh and cosplayers. Lots of cosplayers.

There were, of course, plenty of established games publishers exhibiting during the two-day show, including Capcom (Monster Hunter), Konami (Yu-Gi-Oh), Namco Bandai Partners (Tekken 6), Warner Bros. (Scribblenauts), Ubisoft (Assassin's Creed II, James Cameron's Avatar), 2K Games (Borderlands), Electronic Arts (Left 4 Dead 2), and Rising Star Games (Way of the Samurai 3). In addition to games, there were numerous comic, manga, and movie distributors set up to tout their latest products. But perhaps the most interesting part of the show is the level of enthusiasm from the attendees. GameSpot UK went down to investigate.
