PES 11 and Castlevania delayed Down Under again
Konami cites freight issues as the reason behind the delay; release pushed back a week.
With just a week to go until the release of Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, word has just come down that both titles have received last-minute delays in Australia. Konami's local distributor--Mindscape--confirmed via e-mail that both games had been pushed back until October 19.
According to Mindscape, the setbacks were due to "unforeseen delays in importing freight." This is the second time that both titles have been pushed back recently, with the first delay setting the games back to October 14, from its original date of October 7.
The delay does not affect the release of the Wii, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable versions of Pro Evolution Soccer 11, which are all still slated for release in late October.
