Pokemon X This December
Nintendo will release the cellular-phone adapter for the GBC and Pokémon X this December in Japan.
Nikkei Online has reported that Nintendo will release a cellular-phone adapter for the Game Boy Color this December in Japan. The first title to utilize the peripheral will be Pokémon X, which will allow for multiplayer games through the network and will let players download secret characters. The cellular-phone adapter will retail for less than 5,000 yen (US$46.35). Players will pay between 10-20 yen per game, excluding the bill for the cellular phone, that is. Now the question is whether kids will end up buying cellular phones to play Pokémon.
