Ultima Worlds Online: Origin cancelled

Electronic Arts and Origin Systems have announced the cancellation of Ultima Worlds Online: Origin, the game previously known as Ultima Online 2. The companies attributed the cancellation to a decision to focus their resources on improving the current game for its 230,000 subscribers. Origin Systems will release Ultima Online: Third Dawn next week. Third Dawn is an enhanced version of Ultima Online that will add several new features to the original game, including new lands and creatures.
