Dead Space on rails shooting.

User Rating: 6.5 | Dead Space: Extraction WII
Dead Space: Extraction for the Nintendo Wii is the prequel to the first Dead Space game in the series, where it starts from the beginning. In the beginning, you're just a miner, who has just found the "Marker" object (which later cause human go insane or mutate them). You also play as a P-Sec officer and later a female doctor. The gameplay of Dead Space: Extraction is exactly like Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, like how you switch weapons which limited up four and cannot switch between weapon, before playing the next mission and you can stop the creature like the first Dead Space game. The graphics for Dead Space: Extraction it look like the early developed gamecube games as the character models still look kind of blocky and when shooting creatures, in some scene you can hardly tell where the creature is at. The sound in Dead Space: Extraction is mostly silenced and you mostly shoot the creatures and they too make noises. Overall, Dead Space: Extraction is just like Resident Evil: The Umbrella/Darkside Chronicles, where you on this rail, just interact with objects and select which way you and the non-playable character will go as you can play with a friend at your/his house.

Gameplay: 7- Just like Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, in Dead Space: Extraction you shoot and some parts of the game you look around for ammo and documents.

Graphics: 7- 3d character look decent, but the lighting on the environment is so dark, make it seen to hard to shoot the creatures.

Sound: 5- Not a lot of scary music and most of the time, you just hear creature noises and gun shots.

Value: 6- This game is fun for playing co-op, if you have a friend or relative, who used to playing Resident Evil-like game series
