In the CG movies, the visuals are very solid and colorful. They are also good in the game, although the level of detali is a little low in the levels. The story mode is fun to play, and you'll have a lot of fun once you unlock all the good characters and weapons. There are over 40 characters to choose from, and each one has a unique attack and a lot of weapons and items.
As far as the sound in the game, the music is great. It has a lot of Heavy Metal if you like that music. The character voices sound kind of fake, and they often say the same thing over and over again like: " So, they've joined?" and " You are a better general than I have heard." It gets kind of annoying after a while, but its not too bad.
I thought it was cool how they had a story for every warrior and that some of the battles and characters were based on actual ones like the character Cao Cao. This is a very fun and strategic game, and its not much different from the 4th or 5th one, so get it if you are looking to buy a good DW game and don't feel like spending $50 on DW5.
