I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I love this game!
These games are really fun, and it actually does take it a step further than Fable II. There are lots of different variations to unlock, prizes to be won, tournaments to enter, and the best part is being able to import a character (and all their gold) from a Fable II savegame. Also, the prizes and gold that you win in this game transfers over to Fable II, so that's a nice little bonus (even though cynics will scoff that it's just a cheap ploy to get people to buy it). I like stuff like that because I'm a collector (not from Mass Effect 2, don't worry); I enjoy trying to win all the prizes and even though it doesn't matter in the long run, it's still fun! Since almost anyone who beats Fable II has (virtually) unlimited funds, you can keep playing for as long as you like and even if you lose thousands of gold ::shrugs:: eh, no biggie.
Some might not be keen on the idea of shelling out extra money for something you already have (in Fable II), and that's fine. I really enjoyed this, and I'm sure I'll keep enjoying it for a while to come.
