Poll: What Was The Better Call of Duty Series?

Call of Duty games are a staple for most gamers. Most of us have played one of the versions of this game of war. Be it in Black Ops, Modern Warfare, or just good, ol' fashioned Call of Duty. But which is the best? What sets them apart for you?

Just Call of Duty. WW2 was a thing until we started Modern and from Modern Warfare 2, it became a trainwreck for this franchises.

Truthfully I think there are two different answers to this question. For multiplayer I'd vote for the Modern Warfare series, but single player is Black Ops all the way.

Modern Warfare closely followed by Black Ops. I was never really interested in the classic Call of Duty all that much.

They are absolute horrible and just adds to the toxicity of the gaming community.

How do they add to the toxicity of the gaming community, and what toxicity are you referencing?

On topic, Modern Warfare, based purely on the strength of 1 & 2. 3 was awful. Call of Duty 4 was an absolute beast of a game that I don't think anybody can accurately assess the influence it had on gaming.

@GameSpot: In my honest opinion I think Black Ops 1 was the best and after that Treyarch just started copying the Modern Warfare series and went all futuristic...So imo it all went downhill after BO sadly

Modern Warfare 3 is the best one along with MW 2 and 1 (CoD 4).

chose modern warfare , because advance warfare is my new fav

Call of Duty 1 and United Offensive are the only ones that are good, all others absolutely terrible. So yeah I am voting for the old call of duty games.
