Katara and Zuko should have ended up together.

I love Avatar: The Last Airbender.

But, I can't help but think about how much I wish Aang and Katara hadn't ended up together. Katara and Zuko forming a romantic relationship together was what I wish had happened. To me, they just fit better and it would have been less expected.

To this day, I can't get over how much I wish it would have happened that way. Instead, it catered to the traditional story trope of 'big hero gets the girl', but I wish it had been Zuko.

But how many fans would've lost their minds if that happened? I'm sure there are more people who wanted to see katara/aang rather than katara/zuko. Besides, wasn't he already involved with that girl with the throwing knives?

The show ended like six years ago and the shippers still haven't gotten over their dumb pairing?

Characters from a cartoon show. There was a loud portion of fans who wanted them to end up together, but they didn't because the showrunners wanted to do their own thing that had been building up from pretty much the start of the series.
