Yesterday

i've been on a half board holiday for the past week with breakfast and dinner buffet, so every day, morning and evening. i was getting my money's worth lol

Thursday.

It's delivery week, which means time to indulge. Three packets of crisps, 6 KitKats, 4 bananas, a plate of four seasons duck noodles and a serving of prawn curry rice. Man I felt stuffed.

Last weekend I might have eaten too much junk food, and I've been paying the price all last week stomach nausea and lack of appetite.

I finished a can of hash I cooked up the other night even though I wasn't feeling it about halfway through it. Usually I don't like to keep eating if I feel full or I'm just not into it. I had some cheesy fries tonight and ate about 2/3 before I gave up, at least I figure I got my money's worth from it.

If I eat out, I'm more likely to overeat because wasting food is a sin.

Yesterday, when I got something from Five Guys. I had two hot dogs and a large order of fries. I finished all of it, but I was in a lot of pain.

This past weekend. I went on a 3 day cruise and I wouldn't call it overeating but, the serving sizes were a little too generous.
