Would you take a bullet in the name of something?

Think of it like storming Omaha beach. Is there anything you would potentially die for, even if things are bleak and it looks like there might be no affect on change at all?

For those few I care for, and for a cause I felt strongly towards, if strongly enough. I’d also take a bullet in the name of hate. Suicide, perhaps.

I wouldn’t do it in the name of a profession (Police, Secret Service).

For someone? Maybe.

For something, like an idea or a cause? Not a chance. That would make me an ideologue.

I would die for my family and/or friends. When it comes to something else, I'm not so sure. I'd like to think that I wouldn't worship an idol at gunpoint, but I don't know.
