lol, I seriously read your post 6 times and still have no idea what it says.
Edit: Sorry, I didn't help.
[QUOTE="sew333"]Hi. I got question . Cause on site gigabyte and model ram compatibility i saw that ->OCZ 2gb (OCz3P1333LV6GK). And entering on google this is : OCz DDR3 6GB (3x2GB) 1333MHz CL7 Platinum Triple Channel (OCz3P1333LV6GK). But in home i got OCZ DDR3 4GB (2x2GB) 1333MHz CL7 Platinium (OCZ3P13334GK) .And i dont see this ((OCZ3P13334GK)) shortcut number in Ram List Compatibility. So why they dont write this (OCZ3P13334GK) ? So i will be have problems cause (OCZ3P13334GK) are dont in this ram list? http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Motherboard/Products_Overview.aspx?ProductID=3164 And somebody told me that my ram OCZ DDR3 4GB (2x2GB) 1333MHz CL7 Platinium (OCZ3P13334GK) got 1,8 v so its too high for this mobo chipset P55 . Ahhh;/ And that u should not exceed 1.65v for that chipset....Ahh i am mad , everything i must change even ram?;/////// next person say >"It seems most of the DDR3 dual channel RAMs are set at 1.65 volts and I read in many places that 1.65v+ can permanently damage i7 processors, so are they safe to buy? I only plan to overclock the 860 to 3.4ghz using MSI's OC Genie button on the P55 board."sew333i don't know how true that is, but I have triple channel OCZ 6gb (3x 2gb). Unfortuantley 1 stick was damaged, so I have RMA that 1 stick back to OCZ (lifetime warranty). After reading more reviews of it on New Egg, I find that this is a fairly common problem.
Hi I have the newer Gigabyte P55A UD3 board. I am using G Skill 1600 at 1.5V.
I also have the i7 860.
If I recall the QVL for my motherboard did list some models rated at 1.8V.
I also read that 1.65 was supposed to be the maximum voltage allowed.
During my research on choosing a motherboard, I don't recall anyone using
1.8V Ram on the P55 chipset. But yet it is listed on the QVL. That is why I
chose 1.5V Ram, just to be safe. I am sorry I cannot answer your question through
experience.
+1 I also have the GA-P55-UD3 mobo and IIRC 1.5 V is the standard for RAM. I am also using the GSkill 1.5 V 1600 DDR3 RAM.Hi I have the newer Gigabyte P55A UD3 board. I am using G Skill 1600 at 1.5V.

Hi. I installed 2 x 2GB Kingston pc315000 ddr3 @ 1866 mhz) which is rated at 1.8v, the UD3 board did not register it at the correct latency or voltage, and I kept getting blue screen (and sometimes white screen). It took me AGES to figure out the problem - I updated all my drivers, bios, windows, etc - finally I went in and manually set up the voltages and latency, and it has been fine since (fingers crossed - I only did earlier today!)
i7 860, p55a ud3 rev 1, bios update: f9, win 7, asus 5850, 2 x 2gb pc315000 ddr 3.
