Well my GFX card has gone for RMA and ive done every think to fix it even formatting wouldnt work i even updated the drivers rolled back etc. But i think overheating has killed my GFX well it worked just not well.

When i 1st got my system temps were:

idle 30s under load high 50s

now its been 6months the dust has been building and my temps are now

idel 40 under load high 60 some times even mid 70s

is high 60s bad under load ?????????? do u think its the reason my cards gone for RMA ???

I dont think the heat is the direct reason your card is dead. my 7900gt stays at 40 idle and 60-70 load and it doesnt show any signs of overheating.
