Low performance on Cyberpunk2077 using DLSS ultra Performance and Rt ultra ,rtx 4090

Hi. I have 12900K stock

32 GB 2x16 GB DDR4 3600mhz

Palit Gamerock Pro OC rtx 4090

1300W Seasonic Platinum Prime

Aorus Elite DDR4 Z690

Windows 11 2H22. Updated new nvidia drivers.

I used 1080P,DLSS ULTRA PERFORMANCE,RT ULTRA,rest ultra for testing fps.

I am talking about bottleneck or something is screwed or dont trust youtube gameplays. Last time i explain.

I go to 1080P + ULTRA PERFORMANCE DLSS,and my fps stay the same. 90-100fps in that scene.

gpu usage 50%. Screen:

I compared with someone with 12700K ,3080 ti and he have here 110-120fps on the same settings. No bottleneck.

So why he have on the same place 110-120 fps and 80-90% usage? i have 90-100fps and gpu usage 50%and less fps fps than 12700K and 3080 ti on the same settings.

Likely CPU Bottleneck. Don't know why you are playing at 1080P with RTX 4090. I played through entire Cyberpunk 2077 at 4K Ultra with Psycho Settings with DLSS Quality on my RTX 3090 FE.

So why 12700K and 3080ti,ddr4 have better usage and better fps than me?

Why the **** are you testing the performance on res and setting you won't be even playing at? What's the point?

O tried Metro Exodus EE and the same situation. DLSS is not giving more fps only gpu usage going lower. Any ideas?

Maybe it's crowd density. You can heavily impact the CPU bottleneck without losing visual fidelity by increasing or decreasing it.

4090 is bottle necked.

Switching ( without DLSS, DLSS OFF )from 1440P to 1080P giving me more fps,yes. Normal.

When i am on 1440P and go to DLSS QUALITY i have more fps yes, normal. But issue is that between dlss QUALITY or ULTRA PERFORMANCE there is 0 differene in fps.

Only screen is more blurred ( so i guess its working ) ,but there is 0 performance difference. Any ideas?

I compare benchmark scores with youtube user and he got 145fps on that settings in benchmark, when me 115fps because dlss is screwed. Any ideas? Here someone with Rtx 4090 and hes dlss Ultra Performance is "working" in benchmark:

He is using 13900K ( but that doesnt matter here ,its benchmark ).

Hey guys. Update. Its game issue not hardware i think but not sure still. I almost resolved. You know what i do? Just switched ( restarted ) fast in game details to LOW and again to ULTRA,and fps gain to 10 fps +up and usage goes up. Weird?

It happens the same with me too.

CP 2077 is known for broken settings presets. Do not select an overall quality level. Go in and manually adjust each setting. That is the only way to guarantee that you are actually changing it to the right quality level.

I compared fps in gameplay in Cyberpunk 2077 ( 1440P dlss quality,rt ultra ) with my Rtx 4090 on Ryzen 9 7950X DDR5 6000mhz. I have 12900K stock,ddr4 3600mhz.And i have the same fps . So its ok ,that cpus are comparable?

I guess SMT was fixed on ryzen

Hi. I compared fps with someone with Rtx 3080 Ti and 12700K,and on exactly the same spot , he have 100fps using 1440P DLSS PERFORMANCE ( RT ULTRA ) .Hes usage is 95% ( screen ).

II tested the same place and i have 85 fps with the same settings ( DLSS PERFORMANCE no change in fps ) because i am bottlenecked in this place ( ram or cpu ). And my question is. Why 3080 ti have more fps here? Its because my DLSS PERFORMANCE not working because i am bottlenecked.

But somehow on 3080 ti DLSS PerFORMANCe its working and thats why he have better fps. Yes?
