Should I update to Windows 11 even though it says my i7 processor doesn't meet the requirements?

I can play most games at 1080p and even though my PC is 10 years old it runs pretty well and I haven't had any issues. You can see the message I get from the PC Health check below

My Surface pro laptop is much slower and updated to Windows 11. I'm guessing just because it's newer.

My gaming PC has 8GB of RAM and a Geforce GTX 1070

I don't really see any major need for a new PC just to get the "official" ok for the upgrade to Windows 11. If it's dangerous or a problem I also don't need to upgrade. It's just kind of strange having a Windows 11 on my work laptop and not my gaming computer.

I wouldn't bother. I still have not updated to Win 11 and I have a PC that meets all the requirements. There is no reason for me to upgrade at this point. Especially since they are still working out issues with Win 11.

Windows 11 is sh^t, trust me don't upgrade - I'm dealing with bugs all the time and it's been updated several times already.

Wait a year + then upgrade, many users went back to Windows 10 due to bugs and other annoying "features"

Unless you gonna upgrade to Intel's Alder Lake CPU than it's okay to go with Windows 11 as Windows 11 is only good for Alder Lake to take fully advantage of what Windows 11 has to offer.

Granted, my PC is very high-end and I meets all the requirements, it seems to work okay for my Ryzen 9: 5900X but i switch back to Windows 10 and Windows 10 is more fluid on any Ryzen CPU so I didn't see much improvements with Windows 11.
