Hi. I have 12900K stock

32 GB 2x16 GB DDR4 3600mhz

Palit Gamerock Pro OC rtx 4090

1300W Seasonic Platinum Prime

Windows 11 2H22. Updated new nvidia drivers.

I unplugged 3090 ti. And plugged Rtx 4090. And on first boot was black screen ( no signal ) on monitor, and motherboard was lightning in red. I waited 4 minutes then i heard windows 11 boot ring sound. And display appear. And its fine now. Why that happehed on first time? Just black screen no signal and red ligt in motherboard ( like before windows ). Now its fine. Should i worry?

Tested 3dmark and its fine.

its not a driver issue because even post boot screen not showed. There was no signal on screen. And red light led in motherboard. I was waitinig and waitinig. And in some moment i heard windows 11 boot sound. Then after moment display showed ( turn on ). And i rebooted pc normally. Just that first boot after plugging card was not normal.

So why that happened on first boot?

Dude your always worried about why your pc isnt matching this result or that result, or you get a random bug and wig out.. Now you spent more money a 4090 where you going to find issues because your are not seeing the same results or not getting a worry free/bug free gaming experience..... You sir need to chill out and be happy with what you have.

But to answer your question its most likely a motherboard fast boot thing, where it needed the time set up the correct settings for the new gpu once windows loaded and got the drivers going. Chances are that a newer bios if available would have prevented the issue.
