Do you expect Xbox 360 to sell more this year than 07?

I was surprised that X360 sold less last year than the previous year especially since Halo 3 came out. And Halo 3 was better than gears imo. THe only game im anxious for the X360 this year is Ninja Gaiden adn RE5. But since RE5 is also on PS3, I don't know if if MS is capable of selling more units.

What do you think?

well wii is getting alot of games this year plus sp is ps3 so it will be harddeadmeat59

I was surprised too. That 360 in its 2nd sold less than in its 1st yr. Even with Halo3 and ME launch in their 2nd yr. Who know what will happen in 3rd yr. I will wait and see. it will be interesting though. Just Wait.

I think it will. The biggest problem with last year is that everything depended on Halo 3, while earlier in the year there wasn't as much going on. I think 08' will be much different. We'll start seeing games throughout the whole year. Oh and there's a good chance that there will be a price drop.

Well it's funny how the decline worked. It wasn't that it didn't sell in America, it sold just as much or a little more (I think, don't have data in front of me). Instead, what saw a sharp decline was its overseas sales, which is gonna be a huge factor in terms of console sales these next few years.

MS is in an interesting positions, the console in its class (PS3) is beating it WW. Not only that, its beating it considering that 3 of last years biggest games were 360 exclusives. Just imagine what can happen after this year, when the PS3 will be receiving some major games throughout the year.

A price drop to about $199 would have me sold and others.

Other than that probably not.
