Newsflash folks: its August 2007.

2008 is 5 months away, i repeat, 5 months in the making.

listen, we all know ps3 didnt have such a hot 2007, but please, stop comparing the ps3 and 360 2008 "lineups" THERE ARE NONE.
You're all throwing around a select few games we know to appear in 2008. we know next to nothing about many of aside from their announcement. so please, stop acting like thats all the game either console will get in 2008. thanks.

There could be a conicopia of games announced for both platforms at E3 08. all im saying is lets try to get winter 07 out of the way before your little fairy tale has an unhappy ending k? ;)

That's enough for me to not give a flying **** about the 360's '08 line up. Maybe something at TGS will interest me.

Oh there are more. Hopefully for both consoles.

I'm just outlining that my interest in that particular game is far greater than any other in '08. Regardless of platform. :)

Yeah people act like games are always announced years in advance. Far Cry 2 was just announced after 2-2.5 years of development and is slated for a spring 2008 release if I remember correctly. All 3 consoles have some major franchises that have not made the next-gen leap and some developers that either are not currently working on any projects or will soon be working on a new one. I know the 360 hasn't seen a MechAssault/Mechwarrior or Crimson Skies game, which were both great games on the Xbox that sold well. PBSnipes

And if you played MGS you would realize that it's more than enough to Ps3 have MGS4 to have the best 08 games. But White Knight Story,LBP and KZ2 are all tip of the iceberg.

Yeah really, Cows are not too bright. They've been hyping games throughout 07 and all them have flopped. Now, with their backs against the wall, they are unknowingly placing a hex on next year's releases with their actions. One would think they would have learned they lesson by now. Bad Karma (which I guessed they earned during the PS2 years) seems to follow them wherever they go this gen.

Setting the stage for ownage in 2008. Cows, gotta love them ('cause apparently, Sony does not).

cows hype 08, because they know that when it comes it'll be a lot harder to claim ownage against them because of lack of AAA's. *if FF13 makes it for08 this'll be pretty much impossible*

and TC we've known about 360's 08 for as long as we've known ps3's

i kinda want a 360 (deffo want aps3). should i not hype alan wake and huxley just because they're coming out in 08?

only halo3 and mass effect (kinda) have me at all interested in 360 07. should i not look forward to a more compelling future?

Cows are in the same position they hype the future because they know it'll be a lot better than this drought

FF13, killzone and mgs4, and LBP will one day be in my possession :)

It is a good time to be a PC gamer though. WiC, Bioshock, Crysis, Medal of Honor Airborne, and CoD 4. Sure I can get a chunk of those on a console, but I can't get Crysis or WiC. Not to mention all of those games look and play better on my PC.Wasdie
