I assumed the master race would care about games exclusively on their platform. Maybe it is the lack of graphical showpieces for their 4090s but this is the norm for PC gaming.😎

Path of Exile 2 on the way is INSANE. Holy smokes.

PC is still the single biggest gaming market on the planet, commanding something like 40% of the entire market (phones excluded) with the 3 consoles splitting up the rest. The fact that System Wars is dead shouldn't be much of a reflection on the platform. Or any platform.

TLDR: Nobody cares about System Wars anymore and anyone who cares about gaming is probably posting somewhere else in 2023. But that was obvious by the fact that after you get past the first 6 or 7 threads, the most recent posts were a day+ ago. She's deader than dead, Jim.

I remember when post velocity on this forum was measured by seconds. Now, one post an hour is frequent and it appears to have slipped towards the grip incels. I see no community at all. Sad state of affairs. I hate returning to see it like this, but the exoduses that have happened and drain of quality posters are GameSpot's fault.

No, they only care about console games getting released on PC so they can claim some sort of ownage, weird bunch of dudes lol.

Already saw Baldur's Gates 3 so it's already a day-one purchase and the same for Path of Exiles 2. The rest, I need to see more before I make a purchase but other than that, I didn't know PC Game Show was gonna be a thing this year due to E3 being canceled. I'm surprised Replaced didn't get shown here but at least it's coming out this year...I hope.

I do. I just didn't know nor was I informed PC Game Show was going to happen this year as it's always been a thing at E3.

How could you not know there was a PC show? You're kinda proving my point.

That's the problem with PC, it's a lawless land with no one running the show, if it weren't for consoles there would be no hype at all for gaming.

Undead Inc., Sand, and The Invincible look like they'll have amazing stories. Wishlisted.

Baldur's Gate 3 is going to slap regardless, but it's interesting that some of their footage was clearly older, as they lack basic features like shadows.

Damn it continues to be a good time to have a gaming PC. If you still don't have one to supplement your consoles, you're doing gaming wrong.

Agreed, the attack animations are a lot more satisfying to watch

Frostpunk 2 is what I am most excited about. Out of the ones you listed, at least.

Is Chimera a city-builder/survival? They showed one scene that was overhead and looked liked gameplay, just wondering. It is from the team that brought us Green Hell, so that's exciting to see.

Nah, it all looks good. Too busy playing games to hype them, that's usually why I'm not on here, umm...hyping.

Not like on consoles where the only games they play are over-hyped, over-advertised AAA pieces of shit 😆that they have to hype because it's all they get.

Shot Baldurs gate 3 looks sooo good! In general the rest of 23 will be packed with great games! BG3, Starfield, Spider-Man 2, Alan wake 2, FF16 just to name a few!
