GTA 4 to have ONline!!!!!!!!!!!!

According to GamingExcellence.com, Rockstar is planning to incorporate multiplayer modes that support up to 16 players online for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto IV.

The news comes from a recent PlayStation Holiday Preview Event held in Toronto where Rockstar was showing off the new Manhunt sequel. Apparently during a talk with Rockstar, GamingExcellence was revealed all new information on highly anticipated sequel.

New details included:
- Developers testing various plots
- Rockstar has considered having the entire world unlocked for the player at the start
- Rockstar is aiming for a multiplayer component with up to 16 players fighting it out in various multiplayer modes

GTA IV is set to release sometime in early 2008 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Stay tuned for more updates.

you know GTA 4 will have some kind of online, because SaintsROW 2 will. so GO ROCKSTAR!

anyways, whatever modes that MP will have, as long as they make their first priority the single player part of the game, i'll rest easy

i've heard that it will have an online mode on gtaiv,

it will be great if the whole world is open from the start because on the other gta games what i do is i drive around the area first then do the missions.
