I cannot get rid of the RROD Xbox 360

Hi all,

I have tried several methods to getting rid of the red ring and I failed at all. The towel trick, the que tip trick by stopping the fans temporarily, and applying thermal paste. I got these all of of YouTube. No luck. I'm afraid I've damaged hardware. May anyone please help me to troubleshoot what's causing this to not go away? Thanks

I hate to break it to you, your xbox is cooked.

Buy a new one. You find them for pretty cheap now days.

Throughout the years since 2005's launch of the 360, I lost 5 new 360s to RROD/E74 errors. I replaced them as I never could permanently fix them.

I'd recommend the same.
