One of the best RPGs!
I've never been one for open world RPGs but this had totally changed my view of it.
The storyline is very unique and the amount of weapons, armor, and items is amazing! You have a full range of equipment and weapon options (2 weapons, armor, helmet, shoes, accessory slots) and the ability to upgrade equipment with bonuses (+20 armor, elemental damage).
The only negative thing I could point out is that for a veteran hardcore RPGer this game may come off as too easy. This would be the perfect game for someone who has never played an RPG before and I'm positive that if I was not an evil mother and allowed my son to play video games he would have no problem with maneuvering through this world.
They could have made it much more of a challenge by not giving away the location of all the quests and items that need to be recieved.
I'm praying that EA will step up and make a Kindom of Amalur II. If you don't know already 38 studios went under. Awwwww, I is sad. :(
