Fairy tale action RPG

User Rating: 8 | Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning X360
The title sums this one up. I liked the freedom to create a multi-class hero, as well the choice to pick to turn on some acquaintances throughout the story. I originally rented this game and kept it so I could finish the story. I thought this must be a children's game with cursing to give it a rated M, but it held my adult attention through the whole game, and that was quite some time. The story is a pretty long one, if your looking for something to fill your time and create a fun hack-n-slash (or in my case shoot-to-kill) game this is your teen friendly action RPG for your console pleasures. It was clear there was a lot of time spent on the character creation and lore of this color full world of Amalur. All the taunts that your too weak to take on so and so or the final boss push you to beef up your character in your favorite fashion of healing the elements, cutting down, or back stabbing everything in sight. I wold call this an organic fantasy game but there was something unique about the execution.

The short and sweet, I'm glad I played it and then passed it on to my little brother to enjoy.
