Great sequel to a great game.

The first LocoRoco was a nice, original game that stood out from the crowd of ports and lousy shovelware in 2006. However it had a few problems. The main problem was that it was a little repetitive, and the next problem was that it had little replay value. This has all changed with the release of LocoRoco 2.

LocoRoco 2 improves on many aspects of the first game. The replay value is a little higher and new mini games have been added to increase the fun factor. There is also a new mini game that you can play locally with ad-hoc.

The levels are also a little more imaginative. For example, there are 3 snow levels, but each one will have a different task. In the first game, some levels were almost identical and felt a bit repetitive.

There are also new abilities the LocoRoco can learn throughout the game such as high jump, swim underwater and more.

The new addition of collecting notes to make the music louder and more enthusiastic adds replay value. And to top all of that off, there are more levels you can unlock after you've beaten the story (including the infamous BuiBui fort 3 :S)

If this is your first LocoRoco game, or you just want more LocoRoco fun, then definitely give this game a try. For a lower price than LocoRoco 1, and even more fun you can't go wrong with this game.
