A near perfect game.
The graphics are solid for a regular xbox game from '06.
The gameplay is smooth and fun.
defensive A.I. is much better than the PS2 version and just plays out much better than the other systems. Xbox360 version is fun but I prefer the Original xbox version better.
As for Game modes the NFL Superstar: Hall Of Fame is fun better than the '06 version by far. How you choose your parents is how the game will tell how good your stats and overall will be. It also has a recomended position for your player. I advise you just cycle through until you find your desired position for better results. Also if you want a high overall try to get a set of parents with I.Q. levels over 100 max is 150 I think. Higher I.Q. results in better awareness for your player. Another thing it helps if your dad was a hall of fame player for whatever position you want to play as. But if your looking for a more customizable player get Madden 08. It allows you too balance your stats however you want.
Franchise: The franchise in my my opinion is one of the best yet.
One thing that is cool about it is the EA sports radio. It had broadcasts about the league, updates and player interviews. Another thing I liked was the fact
of the simplicity of navigating through the menus. I usually make a fantasy draft for my team I normally pick my favorite team (Jaguars) or other teams that could use help in real life. ( Raiders,Rams,Lions,Jaguars,Vikings Etc.)
Online: The online is fun long as you don't get an opponent that uses onside kick after they score. And usually they have MASTERED the onside kick.
If you have problems with that go to your settings for easy play and turn on limit onside kicks or 4th down conversions unless needed.
