mario kart 7 had the potential to be the best mario kart in the series, but it couldnt make it thier because of horrible characters, and not the best tracks ever put in a mario kart game. in mario kart ds i liked ballon battle a lot and in 7 i hate it. i usually just play coin runners when i dont feel like racing and unlocking things. it should of had mission mode too, they could of improved it alot and it wouldnt have ran out of public so fast. you also wonder what honey queen is doing in the game.... especially when rosalina another super mario galaxy character is already doing in the game and they decided to leave out the plumber waluigi. the propellors are quite slow and i figure thats why in water parts of a level they always have speed boost panels. the gliders though are a different story though because they can change a race by using them to try and find shortcuts through the air. nintendo also brought coins backs in the game which are used to unlock random car parts but can also make you go faster on the track.
