THE best DS game and another perfect handheld title.

Have you played a DS game where you wished you could have stereoscopic 3D? That will have been Mario Kart DS. If you want the 3D feeling enhanced, play Mario Kart Super Circuit a lot before playing this. It has the best 3D graphics of all the DS games.
This is essential to any DS collection. In my opinion, this is THE best DS game. It is the game you will use as a dust cover. It is another perfect handheld title. It is the first DS game I think of.
The modes are much more than they need to be. Battle mode is designed for single-player. There is a single player VS mode and better than Super Circuit's Quick Run mode due to random tracks. There is the Missions mode. This is unique to Mario Kart DS. Even Mario Kart 7 does not have this. It is a mode that I would love to appear In Mario Kart 9 after the Wii U one.
The way you do drifting is not right for a handheld title. It feels wrong on a d-pad. The multiplayer takes ages. The Double Dash!! tracks have bits missing due to the DS having less power than the GameCube.
