Solid game, with beautiful gameplay that tries hard not to feel repetitive. The world is big and beautiful enough, the story is relatively good, the characters are rather boring (not the orcs though).
Graphics: 8 Beautiful Graphics
Atmosphere: 9 - It does feel like LOTR
Story: 7 I liked the killing and all, but the story quests were rather a let-off, especially towards the end and especially the side quests.
Sound: 7 Good dark LOTR style sound effects
Gameplay: 9 The fights were very entertaining, almost until the end, it's the one thing that kept me going. Same goes for the orc hierarchy, fun and innovative.
Setting: 8 The maps and their content was enough, even if empty on the edges at some points.
Characters: 6 The main characters were rather shallow and boring, the orcs on the other hand were great and felt way more authentic than the rest
Dialogues: 7 Good dialogues, especially coming from the Orcs, I did not once feel the introductions being repetitive, even though the rest was repetitive, gameplay-wise
All in one a beautiful game to get on sale now at the end of 2022. It's not boring enough to not be able to play and it doesn't leave a bitter taste after finishing it. It will not leave a lasting taste at all.
