Elder Scrolls, Fallout publisher launches second cryptic video showing burning flowers and obscured figure.

Bethesda today released a second cryptic video teasing an upcoming project from the Elder Scrolls and Fallout publisher. Posted to Vine, the video depicts burning sunflowers and an obscured figure in the background while crackling noises can be heard.

Bethesda vice president of marketing Pete Hines wrote on Twitter: "The plot thickens…"

The video Bethesda released yesterday shows shots of barbed wire, followed by a spinning 33 1/3 LP by The Moonlight Trio and George Shackley. Flashes of Johann Sebastian Bach and Air on the G String can later be seen.

It is unclear what the pair of videos may be teasing, though Bethesda appears to be gearing up for a more eventful 2013. The developer last week teased that it will make "considerably more noise in 2013."

Bethesda is rumored to be at work on a Boston-set Fallout game, though the company shot down talk that the teasers are Fallout-related. The publisher is also backing Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami's upcoming Project Zwei and is rumored to be at work on a new Wolfenstein game.
