Good sound effects that have a ton of variety that are hurt by the lack of variety in what could have been an equally good soundtrack.

Visuals: 8.5/10
Updated visuals that look outstanding compared to other games in the series so far. Good looking character models and environments that have a wide variety.

Playability: 8/10
Same great pokemon gameplay that we fall in love with every game, However there is no change in gameplay and can grow rather reptative at times.

Delivery: 7/10
The same lengthy campaign with a rather poor story this time around, Nothing new in this area and its really disapointing. Not much in the way of replay value once you have beaten it.

Overall: 7.5/10
A nice updated version that wasnt really necessary. The game is really just a way to capitalize on the Pokemon name and nothing more.
