Resident Evil 2

Resident Evil 2 is an indisputable classic of the franchise, many consider it the best game of the franchise and some time had been announced the remake of it, but had nothing more, just the logo, until in e3 of 2018 we finally had the first trailer and its date of release and in January finally the game is released and I can say that it was worth the wait, in the last years we had quality remakes in 2017 had Crash and last year had Shadow of the Colossus and Spyro and now we are presented with Resident Evil 2 , a play, I consider even superior to its predecessor, to start that they got the gameplay of 4 and improved in this game, it is very good and responds very well to the commands, the difficulty is very present too, it is a very complicated game, the enemies are not easy to kill, sometimes 10 head shots is not enough, luck is when you hit a critical shot or you can use the strategy and pluck them and run, something that is incredible in the game is the mutilation, to give a shot of Shotgun and the head of the zombie or even it to leave in two is very satisfactory, the jigsaws are present also, but they are not so difficult, are quite calm, if you read enough all the files and information that the game will be very quiet to do them, and the amount of items is huge, be it healing items or items to open other places, and you will always find some place that you can only open more forward, something that is lost in the current games, the soundtrack is efficient and the atmosphere is incredible, impeccable ambience, you will feel a lot of remorse in walking dark places, and later you will see the Licker who is a very complicated enemy, worse still when 2 at once, or you ignore them or try to kill (which is not very recommendable, unless it is a place where you will spend several moments, if not the best thing to do is ignore since it spends enough ammunition), and still the Mr. X who has turned up meme in recent weeks, it is amazing the remodeling that capcom did with him, since Mr.X is a little talked about character, since he was overshadowed by the namesis in 3, but it is amazing how Mr X even being slow still gives you shivers, will have a moment in the game that he will chase you and it will be a hell to do some things, just to know that he is behind you already causes shivers, to listen to his steps is terrifying and when he plays his theme song the best thing to do is run. the game has new areas, but there are not many, but it is already profit to have new things and the game modes of the original are back too, something impressive in the game is the look of the Zombies, are very unique, hardly you will see zombie repeated, now the story is the same as the original, with some changes, there is the campaign of Leon and Claire, and after you zero will have access to scenario B, but there goes a criticism to this is that scenario B has no coherence with scenario A, all the things and items that you get appear in scenario B as well, not to mention that the jigsaw continues, so not the sensation that happens in the same time, this I found a fault, but nothing that spoils, the Scenario B is also more difficult, Mr. X will appear well before and will irritate you for much longer, since Leon and Claire do not have many differences in gameplay, but each one has a different weapon, and in the Leon campaign you find Ada Wong and Claire to Sherry, and will have a moment in the go that you will control both, something to talk about is how the graphics are incredible and realistic, the facial expression of the characters are impressive. Resident Evil 2 Remake is excellent, starts 2019 with everything and shows that Capcom is going back to be the Capcom from before, the game hits almost everything, has some problems, history has some problems and lacked coherence between scenario A and B , but it is the game that besides showing that the Resident franchise remains firm, also makes want the remake of Resident Evil 3 Namesis, one of the best remakes ever made (in my opinion the best).
