Humiliated and wrongfully accused

Well what can I say , the time I have spent playing has had it's ups and downs. But recently I have experienced very negative customer service experience with this company when trying to get in contact with them. I was wrongfully accused of something which I never had any involvement in. I have tried several times to contact the company by filing a support ticket online through their system and even by sending a letter of appeal both online and on paper but to no results. I am at a point right now in which I am not sure anymore what to do regarding this matter because the company will not cooperate with me and they just keep ignoring my requests, they clearly do not value customer service in the slightest way. I have never felt so humiliated in my life and I will certainly not be investing a single dime into this game. I would not recommend others to go about spending money on the game , so instead spend it in rl , which is way better. it's really not worth it because you can get your account canceled for whatever reason, and they will not care to get back to you they will just state that you are banned and cannot play anymore. You have been warned!!
