A longer, harder Serious Sam.

Serious Sam the Second Encounter is by no doubt a harder game. It throws new enemies at you (even a tree), has bigger environments and new guns; a sniper rifle, chainsaw and flamethrower. The challenge of the game can sometimes get rid of the fun, sometimes this game throws at you too many difficult enemies, like the Fiendian Reptiloid Demons. Irritating
mother-f---ers. You can still expect the exact same gameplay as the First Encounter, with a lot more jumping.

Serious Sam the Second Encounter HD is a pretty game. It makes the game look great, with dynamic shadows, more detailed foes and gore. The gore is great, the rag doll enemies splat against the wall, and splat on the ground. The physics and gore animations is great, and adds a lot to the fun Serious Sam delivers.
Pros:
New graphics, includes Serious Sam the First Encounter HD, longer, its mother-fuc-in Serious Sam!!
Cons:
The challenge takes away from the fun; the game gets pretty repetitive towards the end; especially trying to beat this game directly after the First Encounter.
