You know how in Mario Kart all the power-ups make getting a fraction of a second out of the best lines pointless, but are what the game is all about? Think Mario Kart in terms of gameplay, add eye candy, and there's seriously no reason not to play this game. It's kinda cheap that you can't use your gamepad to navigate the menus, and that going back from a menu requires a different key depending on where you are (and pressing the right key in the wrong screen might drop you back into a race you've already finished), but the fun you get out of it is cheap too.
