the first gem for the ps2

this was the only game i was playing non stop when the ps2 first game out. i would play the others but that wouldnt last long. this game is wonderful. everything you need in a snowboarding game is in this one. and if you know anything about the ssx franchise they are the "Tony Hawk" of snowbaording games. the game is a little hard at first for me right off the back when i started playing this one. the trick conrtols i couldnt get down right away because your using only the L and R buttons. but yeah doesnt sound hard but it was for me. theres just enough characters and just enough levels and unlockables to keep you coming back for me. you can do race or trick attack in your career mode for the game. me im always on the trick attack. racing sometimes takes a long time mostly for the longer courses because you gotta do three races to in the top three to get the over all medal in the races. mac has always been my all time favorite and i still find myself going back to this game every once in a while and play it with mac and play a few trivk attack levels and bust out a 200,000 point score on the second lever (cant remember the name) but the long track as i use to call it. so wha is ssx? its one hell of a time that even affer 6 or so years of it being out i still play it from time to time this day. so if you havent played it or have played the other ssx games your gunna have to try the big daddy of them all, the one that started it all. the first real gem for the ps2.
