Stick at it and becomes great fun and a great work out regime

This sort of game isn't going to be everyone and isn't going to be of interested to a lot of people. To be honest when I first bought Wii Fit, I bought it because of the gimmick, I gave in. I tried to use Wii Fit on a daily basis but got very bored very quickly. However when Wii Fit Plus graced our stores, I thought I'd give this one a go too.

Being an impatient person, I want to see results straight away! Of course you're not going to get that with any work out game but Wii Fit Plus kept my attention and entertained me whilst playing. I would use this for an hour in the morning and half an hour before bed.

I love that you can chose workout to suit you and concentrate on the parts of the body that you wish to tone or strengthen. The trainers give you good advice, and as long as you're not cheating the game it works. You definitely have to stick at it to see results you want.

The options to add in additional exercise you've done whilst not on the game is helpful as well as using the calorie counter. The best thing about this game, is just that. It is a game, and sometimes (more with the balance games) you don't realise you are actually having a work out. I recommend this to anyone who would like to start working out or being a bit healthier. If you can stick at it, then it's worth a buy!
