I played the game for 500 hours in total - spent 5 hours on a voyage, likely racked up about 200K-300K but no in-game coin loaded (stacking Fort of The Damned). I contacted customer support, they said wait 72 hours for rewards to load and get in touch if no coin loaded after that. I got back in touch since no rewards have loaded (It has now been 4 d and a half days) and the response was from customer service was, verbatim:

"Ahoy there Singhy,

As we cannot verify any lost rewards we are unable to compensate for any potential loss of game progress which may have occurred due to potential server issues.

I'm sorry for not being able to assist you in this regard."

I literally cannot find the complaints department so my only course of action is to leave an honest review of my experience. If it weren't for the MANY glitches, and server issues this would be one of the best games I have ever played. But sadly, the customer service department don't care about your wasted time. I would not buy this game if you care about receiving your hard earned rewards. 1 star from me.
