Good
- the setting, characters, and world is bizarre, but in a very intriguing way
- the story in the worlds are pretty whacky but it still made me want to know what the completion was
- The music is great. The time rift world music was amazing.
- each world was very very unique, and had different characteristics, and platforming challenges.
- the controls are extremely responsive. The devs gave hat kid a lot of movement options, making traversing all the areas feel great. The movement heavily borrows from 3D mario games.
- the ending was bittersweet
- boss fights were well designed.
- dive attack and melee attack felt good on the hit.
Bad
- nyakuza station finale had a confusing part where you needed to go into a vent. But the vent was not obvious.
