Zelda has been a constant in my gaming years. This was followed by WOW as I got addicted to the concept of being able to quest with my mates and overcome challenges together. Having played wow for a few years, I got tired of the amount of time that need to go into these mmo's. I played Black Desert for a while and that became boring real quick.
Destiny 2 was a nice break away from all of the above where I was still able to play with my mates, but didn't have to spend hours on end to get anywhere.
The reason why I mention these game above is because those games stand out to me. I believe that Anthem is one of those games that will stand out to me. Multi player is fantastic, the story is ok (lore is bore in my mind) but overall I'm having fun with it. I don't have to spend hours on end playing it and it keeps drawing me back in wanting more. I also think that Anthem delivers a solid foundation that will ensure the game will only get better and better with future content releases.
In summary: There are a few issues (loading times for one are terrible), but overall a ton of fun!
