If you love all light gun shooters such as Point Blank,and House of the Dead,then you're bound to love this game.

If you want to get this game for the PlayStation,then make sure that you have the gun controller or else you're screwed.First of all,it's hard to move the crosshair without the gun controller.And if you try to move it over to the side of the screen to reload,then chances are you're already dead by the time the crosshair is back on the screen.With the gun controller,however,it is very easy to reload,kick alien but,and also kill allies.Now if you're big on looking at details,like me,then you'll definitely notice how the aliens are outlined with a white line.It's very odd if you ask me,but it is a Playstation game,and since it was made so long ago,I guess it was groundbreaking for it's time.There are some great powerups throughout the game.Some of the powerup weapons include,the classic Machine gun and the Shotgun.These aliens as obvouis as ever,is that most of the aliens are skeleton marines.In the second level,you'll find yourself in an office chock full of frieken' enemies.In this level you may notice that you're environment is interactible to an extent.You can break glass and you can also blow up toxic waste barrels.As you have noticed,there is a new type of enemy.They're monster-like and can shoot at you from their hand.Once you actually do die,you find that you're screaming in a pool of blood and then you turn into a monster.This game has you blasting the living crap out of enemies.This is a lot cooler than the arcade,because you don't have to pay for it every time you die.Good game overall,but maybe you would like Time Crisis better.
