Cadence of Hyrule's second paid DLC, the Melody Pack, is now live. This DLC introduces a wealth of new and remixed musical tracks to the Zelda/Crypt of the NecroDancer mash-up. You can toggle between these songs at any time while playing from the options menu.

In total, the Melody Pack adds 39 new and remixed Zelda tracks from three different composers: Chipzel, FamilyJules, and A_Rival. The Melody Pack is included as part of Cadence of Hyrule's Season Pass, which costs $15 USD. If you're not interested in the other DLC, it can also be purchased separately for $6 USD.

The Melody Pack is the second of three paid DLC packs coming to Cadence of Hyrule. The first, the Character Pack, released last month and introduced five new playable characters to the game: Impa, Shadow Link, and Shadow Zelda from the Zelda series, and Aria and Frederick the shopkeeper from Crypt of the NecroDancer.

The third and final DLC pack, Symphony of the Mask, is slated to release before the end of October. This one introduces a new story and map based around Skull Kid, the antagonist from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. Just as Link in that game, Skull Kid is able to wear different masks, which will alter his abilities.

Like the Melody Pack, the Character Pack can be purchased separately for $6 USD, while the Symphony of the Mask pack costs $10 USD. Nintendo is also releasing a physical edition of Cadence of Hyrule this fall that includes the base game and all three DLC packs. The physical edition launches on October 23 and retails for $40 USD.
