Offworld Trading Company, the "economic RTS" from Civilization IV designer Soren Johnson and his studio Mohawk Games, is now available for PC.
You can buy an in-development version of the game right now through Steam Early Access for $36. Importantly, as with other Steam Early Access games, Offworld Trading Company is not yet finished, so don't expect it to be feature-complete.

You can buy Offworld Trading Company on Steam right now for $36. The promotional pricing ends February 19, after which the game will return to $40.
