The World of the Witcher: Video Game Compendium -- $22.66 ($40)

The 184-page hardcover is currently listed for $26.59, but if you clip the coupon you can get that price down an extra $3.93.

The Witcher Netflix series is technically an adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski's fantasy series, not the popular video game franchise that CD Projekt Red adapted from Sapkowski's books. Still, the compendium could prove useful for those interested in gleaning background information about the world. The illustrated book is a guided tour through the lore, including insights about important characters, prominent regions, and the various beasts and monsters that inhabit this magical and dangerous world.

For those who like to read the books before watching adaptations, you can also pick up a box set containing the first three novels in Sapkowski's series for $26.92 at Amazon (was $40). The Witcher 3 also recently released on Nintendo Switch, so you'll be able to play Geralt's mesmerizing adventure in handheld mode while watching the Netflix show on your TV.
