First look: Weird War

Techland has announced that it has signed an international publishing agreement to release Mirage Interactive's Weird War - The Unknown Episode of World War II. The role-playing game is described as taking a lighter approach to the war, combining the adventurous atmosphere of movies like Raiders of the Lost Ark and the humor of television series like Allo, Allo. Weird War is played from an isometric perspective and features an interface designed to let players easily issue commands to a team of characters and manage the team's equipment.

Weird War is scheduled for release late this year.
