Following the passing of Carrie Fisher as well as her mother Debbie Reynolds in December, HBO has debuted a trailer for its upcoming documentary on the duo, Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.

IGN reports that Bright Lights' airdate had been planned for March but was moved up to January 7 due to the mother-daughter pair's sudden deaths. Directors Alexis Bloom and Fisher Stevens both previously worked on documentaries before beginning Bright Lights in 2014.

As seen in the trailer, the documentary film shows the close relationship between Fisher and Reynolds in addition to dealing with Fisher's struggles with bipolar disorder. Fisher was a prominent advocate for mental health and often spoke openly about her experiences.

Bright Lights will premiere Saturday, January 7, at 8 PM EST on HBO.
